Designated Safeguarding Lead: Rachel Smith

A Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is a person within an organisation, such as an Alternative Provision or charity, who takes the lead responsibility for safeguarding and child protection, including online safety, acting as a central point of contact and support for staff and others. 

Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead: Nicola Brindle

A Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) is a person who supports the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in their responsibilities for safeguarding and child protection within an organisation, providing advice, support, and expertise to staff and liaising with relevant agencies.

SEND Lead: Rachel Smith

A person, often a teacher or other school staff member, who is responsible for ensuring that children and young people with SEND receive the appropriate support and resources to meet their educational needs. 

Online Safety Lead: Rachel Smith

An online safety lead, often part of a larger safeguarding role, is a designated individual responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people when using technology and the internet, including developing and implementing online safety policies and procedures. 

Learner Welfare Lead (including Anti-bullying): Lucie Lightfoot

A role focused on ensuring the holistic well-being and addressing the needs of learners, often with a focus on social, emotional, and mental health, and acting as a point of contact for welfare concerns.
